Yes. Your monthly price is tied to your plan, not your dose. When your provider raises your dose — 0.25 mg to 0.5 mg, or up to a maintenance dose months in — the amount you pay does not change. The only things that move your rate are switching plans, and promo codes, which apply to a single order.
I am already on semaglutide or tirzepatide with another provider. Can I switch to Raeliva?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways people start with us. How do I cancel?
Two ways, both of which work: email support@raeliva.com, or message your care team directly by text or email. You will get written confirmation, and no further charges occur once your cancellation is confirmed. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fee. If you have emailed and not heard back, email again and say it is a second request — we would rather field a duplicate than leave a cancellation sitting.
