How This Site Works

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This page explains, in plain English, how Raeliva works and which company is responsible for which part of your experience. We’ve published this so it’s clear who is in charge of what.

What Pacific Shores runs

This website — the homepage, the educational pages about our weight loss and longevity treatments, the FAQ, the blog, and our About content — is operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC. So is the intake form you reach at start.raeliva.com when you click “Get Started.”

We are not a pharmacy. We do not prescribe medication. We do not employ clinicians. We do not fill prescriptions. We do not bill you or process your payment. What we do is provide information, and collect the answers you give in the intake form and pass them to the people who do provide care.

Once you start a consultation, CareValidate takes over

The intake form is ours, but almost everything that happens after you submit it is not. Your completed questionnaire is transmitted to our partner, CareValidate Incorporated, which runs the clinical and billing side of the experience on its patient-management platform, CareGLP. From that point your telehealth consultation, the prescription decision, your medical record, and your billing are handled by CareValidate and its affiliated entities.

We do not keep a copy of your clinical answers, and your payment card details never reach us at all — when you enter a card, it goes from your browser directly to CareValidate’s payment processor.

CareValidate is responsible for:

  • Your medical record — the questionnaire answers you submit, once they reach CareValidate, and everything added to your record afterwards.

  • The telehealth consultation — the licensed clinicians who evaluate your case and (when appropriate) write your prescription. These clinicians practice through Lion MDs, an independent medical practice with clinicians licensed in all 50 U.S. states. The medical-practice entity responsible for your care is confirmed to you during the intake flow, and your clinician is licensed in the state where you are physically located at the time of your encounter.

  • Prescription fulfillment — CareValidate routes appropriate prescriptions to its network of independently licensed pharmacies (currently Casa, Polomar, PerfectRx, and Evoluciona). Each operates under its own state licensure and fills your prescription against an order from your licensed provider.

  • Billing — CareValidate charges your payment method, manages your subscription if you have one, and processes refunds and cancellations under its own subscription and refund terms.

  • Your medical information — CareValidate is the party responsible for the medical and identity information you submit during intake and treatment, and handles that information under its own privacy practices and the laws that apply to it.

What we keep, so we can email you

Because we send your order and refill updates, we do keep a limited record of our own. CareValidate sends it to us, and it is stored in the email platform we use to send those messages. It is:

  • your name, email address, and phone number
  • your city, state, and postal code — not your street address
  • which treatment category you started, and whether you finished the form
  • whether treatment was approved, and your visit type
  • your order and payment counts, and the dates of your first and most recent payment

That is the whole list. We do not hold your prescription, your dose, your medical history, your questionnaire answers, your date of birth, your street address, or your payment card details.

You will get service messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, refill reminders — because they are part of the treatment you asked for. Marketing email is separate and only goes to people who have agreed to it, and unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the service messages. See our Privacy Policy and, if you live in Washington or Nevada, our My Health My Data Policy.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved

The medications CareValidate’s pharmacy partners prepare — including compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss, and compounded peptide therapies such as NAD+, Sermorelin, and Glutathione for longevity — are compounded prescription medications. They are not FDA-approved. They are not the same products as the FDA-approved brand-name semaglutide or tirzepatide medications, and they have not been independently studied for efficacy or safety in their compounded forms. If your clinician determines that a compounded preparation is appropriate for you, the medication is prepared by an appropriately licensed pharmacy or outsourcing facility.

  • While you’re reading marketing or educational pages on this site: our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions apply. Pacific Shores Research Group is responsible for the tracking and cookies described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Once you begin intake, telehealth, or billing with CareValidate: CareValidate’s separately-maintained patient-facing terms, telehealth informed consent, subscription terms, refund policy, and privacy notice apply to that portion of the experience. Where available, those documents are presented to you within the intake flow and can be reviewed before you submit your information.
