This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on raeliva.com, what each one is for, and how to change your mind at any time. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, our My Health My Data Policy, and Your Privacy Choices.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember things between page loads — that you are signed in, or which preferences you set. The same section covers technologies that behave like cookies even when no file is stored, such as tracking pixels and browser storage.
The four categories we use
Every cookie on this site belongs to one of four categories. Only the first is always on; the other three are off until you turn them on, and there are no pre-ticked boxes.
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work and to remember your privacy choices. These cannot be switched off, because switching them off would include forgetting that you asked us not to track you.
- Preferences — remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you left it.
- Statistics — help us understand which pages and treatments people find useful, so we can improve them.
- Marketing — used to measure and target advertising, including on other websites.

Third-party tracking on this site
Each tool below loads only after you have consented to its category and, because this is a health site, given the separate health-data permission described in the next section. Until both are in place, the tool is not loaded at all — it is not merely told not to store a cookie.

Tools we have prepared but are not currently running: Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Reddit Pixel, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag. If we switch any of them on, it will appear in the table above before it loads.
Health-related browsing
Because this site is about medical treatment, the pages you look at can reveal health information about you — which conditions you are researching, and which medications you considered. Washington and Nevada law treat that as consumer health data and give it stronger protection than ordinary browsing.
We do not currently collect it. As set out above, this website runs no analytics or advertising tools, so nothing about the pages you view is recorded or sent onward. If we add tools that would collect health-related browsing, we will ask your permission first and you will be able to withdraw it.
We are never paid for your consumer health data and we do not sell it. Selling it would require a signed authorisation from you, which we have never collected and do not use. See our My Health My Data Policy for the full detail.
How to change your choices
- Manage Cookies — the link in our footer reopens the cookie categories on any page.
- Global Privacy Control — if your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an instruction not to share your information, for that browser and device. You do not need to tell us separately, and the sharing permission stays off while the signal is on.
- Your browser settings — every major browser can block or delete cookies. Because our record of your choices is itself stored in a cookie, clearing cookies also clears that record, and we will ask again on your next visit.
