This page collects, in one place, the choices you have about how Raeliva uses your personal information. It supplements our Privacy Policy and our My Health My Data Policy.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
Raeliva does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most websites, we use advertising and analytics cookies and pixels that may qualify as a “sale” or as “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws.
You have the right to opt out. You can do so in any of these ways:
- Adjust your cookie settings on this website and turn off Marketing and Statistics categories.
- Turn on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device that sends it.
- Email us at support@raeliva.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
Opting out is free, and we will not discriminate against you or degrade your service for exercising this right. Because opt-out preferences are stored in a cookie tied to the browser you use, you will need to opt out again if you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device.
Manage cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in four categories: strictly necessary, preferences, statistics, and marketing. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your privacy choices, so they cannot be switched off. Every other category is off until you turn it on.
You can change your choices at any time using the Manage Cookies link in our footer, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie we set, what it does, and how long it lasts.
Because this site is about medical treatment, the pages you view can reveal health information about you. That needs its own permission, separate from cookie categories: we ask separately before we collect your health-related browsing and again before we share it, and you can give one without giving the other. The Health data choices link in our footer reopens those two permissions whenever there is health-related tracking to control. See our My Health My Data Policy for the detail.
Turning off marketing cookies means you will still see advertising — it will just be less relevant to you.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services you asked for.
- Appeal a decision we make about your request.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@raeliva.com. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time frame your state’s law requires (45 days in most states, extendable once where permitted). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if you give them written permission that we can verify.
Marketing emails and text messages
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You may still receive transactional messages about a request you made, and if you have begun care, your clinical and billing communications are managed by CareValidate rather than by us.
Requests about your medical information
If your request concerns your clinical record — your medical history, your questionnaire answers, your prescription or dose, your consultation, or your payment card details — that information is held by CareValidate Incorporated and its affiliated medical practice, not by us. Contact CareValidate using the details provided to you during intake or in your account.
We can act on requests about the information we do hold: your contact details, your city and state, which treatment category you started, your eligibility outcome, whether treatment was approved, and your order and payment counts. Email us and we will handle that part, and tell you plainly which part we have passed on. See How This Site Works for the full division of responsibility.
