The Science

The longevity stack, explained

Each protocol targets a different pathway. Stacked thoughtfully, they cover the cellular systems that drive how you age.

You
NAD+ Energy
Glutathione Defense
Sermorelin Recovery
  • Mitochondrial energy

NAD+ is a coenzyme central to ATP production, and levels fall as you get older.

  • Hormone signaling

Growth hormone naturally drops with age, affecting recovery, sleep, and body composition.

  • Oxidative defense

Glutathione neutralizes free radicals that damage cells and accelerate aging at the tissue level.

  • Metabolic resilience

How efficiently your cells handle energy, stress, and recovery — the substrate for healthspan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does “longevity” actually mean for these protocols?
We use longevity in the healthspan sense — extending the years you feel strong, clear, and energetic, not just adding years. These protocols target cellular processes (mitochondrial function, hormone signaling, oxidative defense) that underlie how you age.
Can I stack NAD+, Sermorelin, and Glutathione together?
Often yes — they target different pathways and are generally compatible. A provider will review your goals and labs to recommend whether stacking makes sense or starting with one is better.
NAD+ vs NMN vs NR — what is the difference?
NAD+ is the active coenzyme; NMN and NR are precursors your body converts into NAD+. Each has different bioavailability and clinical evidence. Our NAD+ protocols deliver the active molecule directly via injection, nasal spray, or tablet.
Is Sermorelin the same as taking growth hormone?
No. Sermorelin signals your pituitary gland to produce its own growth hormone, preserving your body’s natural feedback loop. Synthetic HGH bypasses that loop and carries a different risk profile.
Who should not take these protocols?
People with active cancer, certain endocrine conditions, or pregnancy should not start these protocols. Your provider reviews your full health history before recommending anything.
How fast will I notice changes?
Most people notice changes in energy, sleep quality, or recovery within four to eight weeks. Longer-term benefits at the cellular level accumulate gradually with consistent use.
Are these covered by insurance?
Compounded peptide protocols are typically not covered by insurance. Our checkout accepts FSA and HSA cards, though whether the expense qualifies under your plan is your plan administrator’s determination. Pricing is shown upfront with no hidden fees.
Are the multi-month plans billed monthly or upfront?
Upfront, as a single charge. The monthly figure we show for a multi-month plan is the effective rate — what the total works out to per month — not a monthly payment. For example, the semaglutide injection 6-month plan is $900 billed once, which is $150 a month. If you would rather pay month to month, the monthly plan is available at a slightly higher rate.
Does my price go up after my first order?
No. The price you start on is the price you keep — it does not rise after your first bundle, after a promotional period, or because your prescribed dose increases. The one thing that does not carry forward is a promo code: those are valid for a single use, so if your first order used one, later orders bill at your plan’s standard rate.
Can I start monthly and switch to a longer plan later?
Yes, and you can do it at any time. Plenty of people start month to month to make sure the medication agrees with them, then move to a longer plan for the better rate once they know it does. Message your care team or request the change in your patient portal at care.raeliva.com/login. Switching to a longer plan lowers your effective monthly cost; the longer plan is billed upfront.
How do I refill or reorder?
Two routes. Toward the end of your plan you are sent a check-in form: you tell us how treatment has been going, a provider reviews your answers and decides your next dose, and your refill is issued from there. You can also log in to your patient portal at care.raeliva.com/login and request a refill directly. Either way a provider reviews it before anything is dispensed — a refill is a fresh clinical decision, not an automatic repeat.
How do I cancel?
Two ways, both of which work: email support@raeliva.com, or message your care team directly by text or email. You will get written confirmation, and no further charges occur once your cancellation is confirmed. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fee. If you have emailed and not heard back, email again and say it is a second request — we would rather field a duplicate than leave a cancellation sitting.
