Raeliva is the marketing-and-information portion of this website, operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC. Once you begin a consultation, the intake form, telehealth visit, prescription, and billing are operated by our partner, CareValidate Incorporated (4575 Webb Bridge Road, Unit 4345, Alpharetta, GA 30023-0493), who handles those steps. Knowing which company is responsible for which part of your experience helps you understand who is treating you, who is filling your prescription, and who is responsible for the information you share at each step.
Raeliva is operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC (San Diego, CA). The platform handles intake, scheduling, and patient communication. It is not a pharmacy and does not prescribe or dispense medication on its own.
Medical services are provided by Lion MDs, an independent medical practice with clinicians licensed in all 50 U.S. states.
Intake, scheduling, telehealth visits, prescription routing, and billing run on the patient-management platform operated by CareValidate Incorporated. This is the portion of the experience that begins when you click “Get Started” or begin a consultation.
Prescription fulfillment is handled by independently licensed pharmacies in our network: Casa, Polomar, PerfectRx, and Evoluciona. Each operates under its own state licensure, and compounded preparations are made by an appropriately licensed pharmacy or outsourcing facility.
